Pre Fab Bathrooms are a leading Distributor for the Add-A-Bathroom Modular Bathrooms and Shower Cubicles system and will not be help liable or responsible for any price increases or product changes by the manufacture. All PDF plans on our website are provided by the manufacture to us and are for indication purposes only, we strongly recommend that the Modular Bathrooms and Shower Cubicles you choose and purchase be on site before commencing any contract works.

In all instances forklifts are required to remove the Modular Bathrooms from the transport trucks as they weight between 130kg to 300kg. This is the same for the Shower Cubicles. Forklifts or cranes are not mounted to the delivery trucks nor are they provided. Pre Fab Bathrooms will bear no cost for unloading the Modular Bathroom or Shower nor extra transport costs if the Modular Bathroom or Shower cannot be unloaded at the time it is delivered. Not all sites can be delivered to by the transport companies. If this is the case the Bathroom or Shower will be delivered to a local freight depot used by our freight forwarders ready for pick up.

Items installed in the Bathrooms and Showers (toilet, taps, towel rails etc) that are in our gallery pages or on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not be part of the standard fittings pack.

30% deposit will be taken and must clear our account before your Bathroom/Ensuite can be manufactured. Once your Bathroom/Ensuite has been manufactured and ready to send, the further 70% is required. You will have 10 working days to pay the final 70% manufacturing costs before delivery. If the payment has not been made for your Bathroom/Ensuite it may be sold to someone else and you will forfeit your deposit (conditions apply).
